Welcome To Mandy Abbott at We Love Yoga!

Yoga is the union of body and the mind. It’s the practice of postures that involve stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxation. Yoga steams from ancient India and is a system I trust and believe in to make you feel great.

My practice and teaching have been influenced by many styles, all of which aim for the same two things: inner peace & stillness, perfect for our modern world.

I started practicing yoga 22 years ago when my first child was just a year old. I felt instantly at home and have been dedicated to it ever since.

Come to one of my drop in classes and see how it feels for you.

I also teach individuals or small groups, so contact me today to discuss your personal requirements, or click here to find out more about my training with the British Wheel Of Yoga.

  1. Hi Mandy, hope you are well. Missing your class on a Tuesday at LA Fitness but hope your new job is going well. Do you teach any classes in the evenings anywhere else as I can’t make a day time class because I work full time. Thanks. Shirley Griffiths

  2. Hi
I would like to come alone to your Monday class, can I just come along?
Also I can’t find fees for the classes, can you please give me info?
    Many thanks

    1. Hi Jaqueline
Yes just come along… the classes are “drop in” and £8 per class and always on unless its a Bank holiday Monday. Please bring a blanket for relaxation to keep cosy at the end. I have plenty of mats and plenty of free parking.

I look forward to seeing you soon

    1. Good afternoon Dana
C.A.N.E is a community centre that sits within the library Building. The class is adult and very warm and friendly – however I would ask you to find a minder for your baby if possible so you can relax and enjoy the experience of a yoga class and return back to your baby blissed out ;-).
