Amanda uses her N.L.P (Neuro Linguistic Programming) training as a tool to aid her teaching and receives regular compliments on her unique relaxation techniques, which is rare and needed in these stressful times. Her personal Yoga journey and practice began 20 years ago after her first child was born and has since reached an all-time high after training with Zoë Knott and Bob Insley on the BWY Teacher Training Diploma Course 10 years ago.
Amanda has had the opportunity to assist Antonia Boyle on a BWY Foundation Course, become a guest tutor at a Yoga and Detox weekend at Aylesford priory and is currently holding her 5th BWY Foundation Course.
The course is for students that would like to deepen their knowledge or those that want to become Yoga teachers.
Living in Old Bexley, Amanda enjoys her family, socialising, cooking, fashion, travel, nature and art. But her true passion will forever be Y O G A.
“I am passionate about Yoga and trust and believe in this system. It makes everyone feel so good!” – Amanda Abbott, Qualified BWY Teacher
